All bookings are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another available date.

Transfers requested within 7 days of the masterclass date will incur a £75 admin fee, payable at the time of rebooking.

If no suitable date is available, your booking will remain as a credit for 12 months to be used towards a future class.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a transfer free of charge or a full refund refund.

If you choose to upgrade, you’ll carry out a full Korean lash lift on your own model, with my guidance and support throughout.
