Booking terms & conditions

Booking Fee

To secure your appointment I require a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the treatment cost for all bookings.  This fee is then deducted from the full cost of your treatment.  Payment is  made by bank transfer and due at the time you book the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or re-arrange.  This allows me enough time to contact another client on my waiting list to fill the slot.  Failure to provide 48 hour's notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Payments

Payment for treatments and products can be made by cash, card or bank transfer please.  All payments need to be made before you leave the studio.  At this time card and bank transfer are preferable to reduce the handling of cash.

Arriving For Your Appointment

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, I ask that you attend at your EXACT appointment time. Please do not arrive early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving.  I have increased the frequency of cleaning in the salon including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client.

If you are late, the time will come off your allocation and may result in less lash coverage.  If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your booking fee.

Additional Persons

Please arrive for your appointment alone, under no circumstances will additional people be allowed to accompany you in the studio during your appointment due to social distancing and infection control.

Lash Hygiene

I'd like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes, so please arrive at your appointment, whether its an infill or full set, with NO eye make up on.  Eye make up can affect the lash extensions and removing it will take extra time that could be spent applying more lashes.

​

Infills

Due to the high quality of products that I use, I will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.

Lash Guarantee

If you have any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment, providing a photo so that I can assess the problem and rectify it as soon as possible. After this time period any work carried out will be chargeable at £15 per half an hour. I do not offer refunds.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Training Academy

​

At Laura Victory Lash Academy, we understand that plans sometimes change.

We aim to handle all cancellations fairly, while also protecting the time, preparation, and costs that go into each student’s training.

1. Payment Options

Students can secure their place by:

• Paying in full at the time of booking,

• Paying a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the training date, or

• Selecting a payment plan option through Klarna or Clearpay

Please note:

• Deposits and Klarna/Clearpay payments are treated as commitments to attend, not as holding fees.

• Klarna/Clearpay deducts processing fees before releasing funds to us — these fees are non-refundable if a course is cancelled.

2. Deposits & Balances

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be cleared no later than 7 days before your training date.

• Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in your space being forfeited without refund.

3. Cancellations by the Student

Because your place is reserved just for you and kits/materials are purchased in advance:

• All course bookings are non-refundable.

• If you cancel more than 21 days before your course date, you may request to transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 21 days of the course date cannot be refunded or transferred.

4. Postponements

If you’re unable to attend for medical or personal reasons:

• You may request one postponement to a later training date within 6 months of the original date.

• After one postponement, the booking becomes non-transferable and non-refundable.

• If you later choose to cancel after postponing, your payment will be retained to cover costs already incurred.

5. Training Kits & Materials

Once your professional kit or training materials have been purchased, they are non-refundable.

If a refund is ever agreed at our discretion, the kit cost and any Klarna fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellations by Laura Victory Lash Academy

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your course (e.g. illness, emergency, or low attendance), you’ll be offered:

• A new date to attend, or

• A full refund of any payments made.

7. Digital Courses

All digital courses, online masterclasses, and downloads are non-refundable once access has been granted.

8. Fairness Policy

We always aim to act with fairness and understanding.
